Office Manager
Karyn has been with the Harwood Real Estate team for almost 2 year! We are excited that she has joined our staff because we need some organization! She’s a jack of all trades and keeps the office running smoothly on a daily basis.
Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Karyn (along with her husband, Charlie) has lived in various locations in the south for the past twenty-four years. Together, with Charlie of 33 years, they have lived in Tuscaloosa for 4 years. Karyn graduated from college with a Speech Pathology degree. Before joining Harwood Real Estate, Karyn has served several roles over the past 20+ years, including CEO of her household, preschool teacher, speech therapist, volunteering in the NICU at Erlanger Hospital, apartment complex admin, and assistant to a custom home builder in Ohio.
Karyn and her husband have 3 children (all grown and married) and are grandparents to Ella Grace and Chloe Amelia! It’s an exciting and busy time for the Callari family!
